Lion's Mane is a mushroom.
That's all it is.
Before it was a supplement, it was food. A white, shaggy mushroom that grows on hardwood in the wild, and that people have cooked and eaten for centuries across East Asia.

Where exactly is it made?
In Lawson, in the Blue Mountains. We grow the Lion's Mane in our own grow rooms, then dry it, extract it and bottle it on the same farm. Nothing is imported.
What's in the bottle?
Three things: Lion's Mane fruiting body we grow, water and alcohol. 200 g of fresh Lion's Mane goes into every 50 ml bottle.
There's alcohol in it. Is that a problem?
The extract is about 30% alcohol, so one 1 ml dose carries about 0.3 ml of it, and some of that evaporates in a hot drink. If you avoid alcohol completely, this one isn't for you yet.
What does it taste like?
Mushroom, not alcohol. In coffee or tea it blends in. If you want to taste it first, take a dropper on its own.
How much do I take?
One dropper, about 1 ml, every morning, in any drink, hot or cold, or straight under the tongue. A 50 ml bottle lasts 50 days.
How long should I give it?
A month, every day, before you decide. There's no kick on day one.
