Products & General Disclaimer
MindRise offers gourmet and functional mushroom products including fresh mushrooms, mushroom extracts, tinctures, and cultivation grow kits.
Our products are designed to support general wellbeing, education, and culinary or hobby use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Age Requirements
Alcohol-Containing Mushroom Extracts
Mushroom tinctures and extracts containing alcohol are restricted to customers aged 18 years or older.
By purchasing alcohol-based extracts, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase such products in Australia.
MindRise reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where age eligibility cannot be reasonably verified.
Non-Alcohol Products
Fresh mushrooms, grow kits, and non-alcohol products may be purchased by customers under 18 years of age with parental or guardian supervision and responsibility.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by MindRise.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Limit quantities purchased per customer
Correct pricing or product description errors
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Shipping & Delivery
Due to Australian biosecurity regulations, mushroom grow kits cannot be shipped to Western Australia or Northern Territory.
MindRise currently ships within Australia only, using AUPost services.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to:
Courier or postal delays
Weather or natural events
Public holidays
Supply chain interruptions
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once products are handed to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery address details are accurate. MindRise is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Tinctures & Consumable Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, tinctures and consumable mushroom products are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
Grow Kits & Biological Products
Grow kits are living biological products and outcomes may vary depending on environmental conditions and user handling.
Grow kits are not eligible for refunds.
MindRise may offer replacement kits if:
Clear photographic evidence of an issue is provided
The grow kit was used following provided care guidelines
Replacement approval is at the sole discretion of MindRise.
Product Storage & Use Responsibility

Using products safely and responsibly
MindRise is not liable for product degradation or unsuccessful cultivation caused by improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions outside recommended guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law:
MindRise and EarthRising Pty Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products or website services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
Where legally permitted, liability is limited to replacement of goods or resupply of services.
