Fresh mushrooms

Exceptional flavours
& Textures

Our mushrooms are grown slowly and harvested fresh to order, developing a depth of flavour rarely found in supermarket produce.

Lion’s Mane offers a delicate, seafood-like texture when cooked, while Oyster mushrooms become rich, savoury and slightly crispy when pan-seared.

Cooked simply, they develop a rich, umami depth that transforms everyday meals.

Trusted by local chefs

Our mushrooms are served in restaurants across the Blue Mountains and Sydney.

Selected for their freshness, texture and flavour, they are used by chefs who value high-quality, locally grown ingredients.
