Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship within Australia only, with Australia Post (Standard Post or Express Post, selected at checkout).
Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Below $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order:
- Standard Post: $10 up to 1 kg, $16 from 1 to 2.5 kg, $23 from 2.5 to 5 kg
- Express Post: $16 up to 1 kg, $22 from 1 to 2.5 kg, $32 from 2.5 to 5 kg
Order processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends.
Delivery timeframes (indicative)
- Standard Post: delivery times vary by destination
- Express Post: faster delivery, often the next business day within eligible areas
Delivery timeframes are a guide only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other factors outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number.
Grow kits
Because of Australian biosecurity rules, we cannot ship grow kits to Western Australia or the Northern Territory.
Fresh mushrooms
Fresh mushrooms are pickup only from our 24/7 farm gate fridge in Lawson, Blue Mountains. We do not ship fresh mushrooms.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please make sure your delivery details are correct when you order. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, email alex@mindrise.au within 30 days of your order with your order number and photos, and we will sort it out. See our Refund Policy for details.
