MindRise began on a mushroom farm in the Blue Mountains of Australia.
Our fresh mushrooms are supplied to leading restaurants across the Blue Mountains and Sydney, where they are prepared by award-winning and hatted chefs. The same mushrooms are made available directly to our customers.
Harvests are selected fresh for food, while part of each Lion's Mane crop is transformed into extracts. Alongside cultivation, we also transform our production substrate into ready-to-fruit growing blocks designed to be experienced at home.
We cultivate in small batches using regenerative techniques influenced by permaculture principles.
Production is never separated from cultivation.
Beyond Cultivation
MindRise also engages with mushrooms as cultural and creative material. Through photography, video and visual storytelling, we explore how fungi can be observed and experienced beyond their functional use.
We exists as a quieter alternative to industrial food and wellness.
For us, premium is defined by care, patience, and respect for the organism from start to finish.
