Where can I pick up my order?
All fresh mushrooms are available 24/7 for pick-up at the EarthRising farm's gate.
Your order will be ready the following day in our dedicated pick-up fridge.
How long do they stay fresh, and how should I store them?
Because they’re freshly harvested, they keep 5–7 days in the fridge easily.
For the best experience, enjoy them within the first 3 days.
Are they certified organic?
They are not certified organic, but they are grown chemical-free, using regenerative techniques and natural substrates.
How do I cook your mushrooms?
Cook them just like any other mushroom, they’re very versatile: stir-fries, tempura, pan-fried on toast, soups, pasta and risotto...
A high-heat sauté with a little oil or butter is enough to caramelise them beautifully.
