We grow gourmet mushrooms in the industrial estate of Lawson, using low-impact, regenerative methods.
Each week, we share a small batch of our harvest with the local community.


Each batch is carefully cultivated, harvested by hand, and prepared for pickup within 24 hours preserving flavour and texture.
